EXTRAS

Transport

We make use of subcontractors for transport and loading which will be quoted separately depending on your location. We deliver to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho and across South Africa. Truck clearance is 4.7m and 3m wide.

Delivery and deposit

Lead times are 6-8 weeks from payment depending on factory space. We require a deposit of 80% upon signing the build contract and 20% after inspection and before delivery to site. Detailed house inventory will form part of the contracts annexures along with material specifications, certificates & warranties.
